  Our engineering team will review your request and provide a prepaid shipping label along with specific packaging instructions to protect sensitive electronic components.

  Secure Shipping

  Pack the device in its original anti-static packaging and factory box to prevent transit damage, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Verification and Refund

  Once our facility receives and inspects the hardware for serial number verification and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
